Contracts auto-renew. Rates drift. A support ticket sits open for a month because everyone assumed somebody else was chasing it. Watch is the short list of dates and open items we keep on your behalf, so those do not depend on you remembering.

Every line above is a date or a state a person at Vigilant maintains. There is no portal to log into yet — today Watch is something we keep and you receive, not something you sign into.
What Watch does not do
Everything in this category implies continuous monitoring. Most of it is a reminder email. Here is the honest boundary of ours.
- Watch your transactions. Nothing here reads your processing in real time.
- Detect a new fee on its own. A person finds those, at a review.
- Parse your contract automatically. Somebody reads it and types the dates in.
- Alert you the moment a rate changes. That needs statement ingestion, which is not built.
Those are on the roadmap and the model is built to take them — statement ingestion, rate-delta detection, contract extraction and provider feeds each become another source on the same item. Until they exist, the page will not pretend they do.
How it starts
Watch is set up during a Business Review, because that is when somebody reads the agreement and the statement properly. There is nothing to buy and nothing to install.
