Visa retired Level 2 in April. Most B2B merchants have not noticed.
Visa's Level 2 interchange programme ended on 18 April 2026, replaced by the Commercial Enhanced Data Program. If you sell to other businesses and someone set up Level 2 for you years ago, the Visa half of that saving is gone and it does not show as a line item.

Florida restaurants have to spell out the service charge from July

If someone quotes you VDMP or VFMP, they are working from old rules
Visa replaced VDMP and VFMP with a single programme, VAMP, on 1 April 2025. The old names are still quoted in sales conversations and onboarding packs more than a year later, which tells you something about how current the rest of the pack is.
