Switching
The order below is the actual order. Nothing goes live until your catalogue is right and the counter has run a day on it.
Products, variants, prices and barcodes imported and checked against what’s on the shelf.
Week 1A starting count by section, so the system begins with the truth.
Week 1Registers, scanners, label printer and readers installed and tested.
Week 2The online store connected to the same inventory, with pickup set up.
Week 2One day run on both systems, so nothing is discovered with a line at the counter.
Week 3We’re in the shop for the first weekend and walk the first month-end with you.
Week 4Questions

Send us last month’s statement. We add up every fee and divide by what you ran on cards. That’s your real rate, and it’s the number we try to bring down.
