Every tap counted the same way.

A Friday at 7:12. Phones scanned at the door, a tab opened on a card hold, a burger ordered from the floor and a line that doesn’t notice the Wi-Fi dropped. Twelve marks show the systems doing the work — from the box office to the bar to settlement.

Back office

The part that decides whether a sold-out night was worth it.

Tickets, bars, food and merch all land on one settlement. You know what each stand made before the load-out, not on Monday.

  • Faster lines sell more. Tabs on a card hold and tap-to-pay take seconds off each order, and seconds are drinks on a full night.
  • Offline isn’t a crisis. Handhelds keep selling when the signal drops and sync when it comes back.
  • Settlement without the spreadsheet. Every till, split and fee on one report, sent to the promoter before load-out.
  • What the cards cost you. Thousands of small taps make fees add up. Your real rate, every month.

How it fits

Four ways in. One settlement through.

A ticket bought online, a round at the bar and a shirt at the merch table all land on the same night — and the same settlement.

Questions

The ones venue operators actually ask.

What happens when the Wi-Fi drops mid-show?

Handhelds and terminals keep taking payments offline and sync when the connection returns. Offline limits can be set so the risk stays small.

Do tabs on a card hold cost more?

No more than a normal card sale. The hold is released or captured when the tab closes.

Can merch splits be calculated automatically?

Yes. Inventory is counted in and out and the split is calculated at settlement.

Can we sell food orders from phones in the crowd?

Yes. Guests order from their phones and pick up at the stand, while others use the tap-to-pay line.

Can outlets charge to a hotel room?

At resort and hotel venues, yes, with the right property system connection.

Am I overpaying for cards?

Thousands of small taps make fees add up. Send us a statement and we’ll show you your real rate, every fee counted.
