For partners
Build better payments relationships with Vigilant.
Vigilant works with agents, ISOs, referral partners and technology providers who believe payments should be profitable, transparent, sustainable and properly supported — all four, at the same time.
What we actually believe
A payments chain works when every layer can survive on what it earns.
Most of what is wrong with this industry is one layer taking more than it adds, and the layer underneath absorbing it. Usually that is the merchant. Sometimes it is the agent whose residuals quietly vanish. Often it is a support team nobody funded.
We are not interested in relationships that only work because someone further down the chain is not paying attention.
- Merchants Pricing they can verify, terms they could exit, and someone who answers.
- Agents Economics they can see, residuals that survive, and a book that is theirs.
- ISOs Portfolio integrity, predictable terms, and partners who do not poach.
- Processors Volume that stays, and merchants who were sold the right thing.
- Platforms Implementations that work and merchants who use what they bought.
- Support teams Systems that make the job possible, and budget that exists.
- Referrers To send someone somewhere and not regret it.
Where do you fit
Five ways to work with us.
- I sell, or I want to. Agents and advisors Independent reps, field agents, remote advisors, and people coming into payments for the first time. Build a book without relying on contracts nobody can read.
- I have merchants and a team already. ISOs and payments organisations Bring your merchants and keep your relationships. What Vigilant is building is the layer above the processor — advisory, review and intelligence tooling you would otherwise have to build yourself.
- My clients ask me about this and I have nowhere good to send them. Referral partners Accountants, consultants, brokers, IT providers, bankers, chambers. Send someone here and they get an honest answer — including, often, that they should change nothing.
- I have built something businesses need. Technology and vendor partners Processors, gateways, POS, SaaS, lenders, payroll, loyalty. We are selective on purpose — we would rather know a few systems properly than list everything.
- I want to work here. Careers Sales, support, operations, implementation, partnerships, research. Also the independent route, which is not employment and is kept separate.
Not sure which of these you are? Start a conversation and we will work it out between us. It is a short email either way.
