Switching
The order below is the actual order. Nothing goes live until every provider’s book is in and the desk has run a day on it.
Your menu, service lengths, prices and who does what.
Week 1Future appointments imported, with client notes and formulas where your old system allows.
Week 1Readers at the desk and stations, deposits and no-show rules set.
Week 2Booking live on your site and profiles, with reminders on.
Week 2One day run on both systems, so nothing is discovered at a full front desk.
Week 3We’re on call for the first week and walk the first payroll with you.
Week 4Questions
